Inside Vendors are provided an 8’ X 30” banquet style table. Vendors are required to bring their own display materials, chair, etc. Space is limited. Vendors will be selected on a first come basis. No Refunds.
Vendor set-up is between 7:00am and 8:00am. Displays must be broken down each night. No table clothes are allowed. There is no electric available.
All fees must be submitted with application. Please read the terms and conditions with this application, sign the acceptance waiver, and return with your application.

Vendor Terms and Conditions
Table and Space Information:
Inside tables are 8’ long and 30” wide. Vendors must provide their own chairs, displays, etc. There is no electric available. Tables must remain in their designated area. Vendors must conform to the assigned space. Table Clothes are not permitted. The fee is $95.00 for two days. Payment must be submitted with the application. All displays must be removed at the end of each day.
Selection: Space is limited. Selection is made based on the date the application is received and the best fit for the mall according to space restrictions and conflicts with existing mall tenants.
Security: Mookie Management LLC does not provide security and accepts no responsibility for theft or loss. Mookie Management LLC has the right to prohibit and / or evict (without refund or assumption of liability for lost sales or expenses) any presentation or person who is in any manner deemed offensive or unprofessional.
Parking: All vendors must park in the parking lot designated for vendors.
Set Up: Upon arrival the event coordinator will be inside the building to assist you in locating your spot. After unloading your display or merchandise all vehicles must be moved immediately to the vendor parking lot. All displays and merchandise must be completely set up by 8:00am each day.
Break Down: All vendors agree to participate for the entire event and understand that tear down before 4pm on Saturday or Sunday is not allowed for any reason. All tables and spaces are to be left how they were found in the morning. All vendors are responsible to clean up and bag your own trash. At the conclusion of the show all vendors are required to be completely torn down and off the property by Sunday at 6pm.

Hold Harmless: This event is held rain or shine. There is no rain date and no space fees or vendor expenses will be refunded should rain or an emergency of any nature arise prior to the opening time or during the event that would prevent or cancel its production. In consideration for being allowed to attend and participate in the Mookie Management LLC Fall Jewelry and Fashion Accessories Show, December 5th & 6th, 2009, vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Mookie Management LLC and their employees and contract employees from any and all claims, liabilities, expenses, or damages of any nature, including reasonable attorney’s fees, to the extent such claims, liabilities, expenses, or damages arise out of the participation by the Vendor, their employees, subcontractors, or independent contractors, at the Show.
